At Grace Filled Pathways, we want you to be fully satisfied with the resources we provide. Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase has been completed.


1. Digital Products

  • All products (journals, devotionals, printables, guides) are delivered electronically.
  • Once your payment is processed and the file is made available, the sale is final.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are compatible with the file format (e.g., PDF).

2. Refund Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your download (and our support team cannot resolve it).
  • There was an error on our end (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong file delivered).

3. No Refunds for the Following

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of required software (e.g., not having a PDF reader).
  • Misunderstanding of product purpose, features, or format (all listings provide descriptions to help you decide before purchase).

4. Affiliate Products & Third-Party Purchases

If you purchase a product through one of our affiliate links (e.g., Amazon, Christianbook.com), your refund or return will be subject to that third-party’s policy. Grace Filled Pathways is not responsible for processing refunds on third-party sites.
